How to shop

Browse to the item(s) you'd like to purchase and click ‘Add to cart’.  You may view or remove the items you have selected at any time by clicking ‘View cart’.  When you have completed your selection click ‘Checkout’ and enter your details as requested. You will be directed to PayPal to complete your transaction (this part is conducted over a secure connection).  Once you have paid, click the button to return to our web site. Upon successful payment will receive a receipt from PayPal which you should keep in case of queries.  You do not need a PayPal account to shop with us, non-members will be presented with the option to pay via credit or debit card.

The full price for each product is shown against the item, there are no hidden extras.  Prices include the cost of packaging and postage within the UK and we are not VAT registered.

Within the UK our standard method is Royal Mail First Class. We reserve the right to use other methods at any time. We aim to provide a fast, efficient and cost-effective service at all times and if any delay is expected in fulfilling your order, we will keep you informed.

Items ordered through our web site are available for delivery to the UK only.  If you would like us to ship overseas we would be delighted - please contact us direct to place your order. This way we can arrange a cost-effective and safe means of delivery to your non-UK address.

Payment and security

Online payments are taken by PayPal on our behalf and will always be made over a secure connection. This can be checked by viewing the closed padlock icon in most browsers, or checking that the address of the PayPal site begins with ‘https’.  Note that prior to and after the payment stage a secure connection is not required or suggested.

We do not process card payments ourselves and never store card or bank details in any form. You do not need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal.

Acceptance of an order

An order is not accepted until we receive the payment in full including the shipping charge(s) for your delivery location.  You will receive a receipt from PayPal when you make a successful payment and this should be kept and produced in the event of any query.  In the event that the payment received is less than our usual price for the item(s), howsoever that underpayment was caused, we retain the right to withhold the item(s) and refund in full any money that you have paid.

Returns and refunds

In the unlikely event that we supply a product that is faulty, we will offer a direct replacement or refund the cost of the goods in full providing that we are satisfied that the goods supplied are indeed faulty.

Availability of goods

In the event that we have insufficient stock to fulfill your order we will contact you to offer a substitute, a delayed delivery date or a refund.
